Upholstery Cleaning

We have a12 Step Cleaning Program for upholstery. Here are the steps we take.

Step 1: Pick-up
We come to your home and pick up your upholstery and bring it into our plant for optimal cleaning and drying conditions.

Step 2: Pre-Inspection

Our service technician will inspect the upholstery, noting fabric type and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.


Step 3: Pre-Vacuum Your upholstery will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.


Step 4: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot The fabric is “pre sprayed” with special cleaning compounds specially designed for your particular fabric& soil condition. This loosens up the soil to make rinsing more effective.


Step 5: Pre-Agitate The pre-spray will be worked into the fabric with a white towel or a horsehair brush, specially designed for this use.


Step 6: Rinse and Extract
	Once the soil has been loosened, we will thoroughly flush the fabric with our specially designed upholstery extraction tools. This step sanitizes & deodorizes fabric. Water pressure is regulated so that fabric is not over wet.


Step 7: Neutralize Every piece that we clean is pH balanced so there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is applied as a rinse thru the machine or is applied after rinsing depending on soil conditions.


Step 8: Pre-Spot Treatment If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed - we have written procedures for every situation.


	Step 9: Speed Dry High velocity air movers are set in place to speed dry the upholstery.


Step 10: Post Cleaning If the fabric has a knap, the knap is set in one direction using a grooming brush or white towel.

Step 11: Post Inspection

Piece is inspected by technician.


Step 12: Delivery We deliver your upholstery back to your home usually within 5 business days. Pick ups are normally Monday mornings and Deliveries are Friday mornings.
